Scorched Long Serving Board - Ash

Scorched ash long serving board.

A perfect board for passing charcuterie, cheese and crackers along the table at gatherings. The ring handle, makes it especially easy to carry and display on a hook or peg.

Made from one solid piece of characterful ash, the surface has been scorched to create a jet black appearance reminiscant of the traditional Japanese wood perserving technique called Shou sugi ban.

Each board is finished with food safe, clear mineral oil and beeswax.

To clean, wipe down with warm soapy water, and stand / hang upright to dry out naturally.

As every piece is handmade, the tone and grain of the wood may vary from the images shown.
