Originally designed as a commission piece for Popham's Bakery in London, these oak high stools are a perfect and sturdy perch ideally suited to modern kitchens, your breakfast bar or can even be used as a workshop stool.
The four hand planed oak legs are braced with additional stretchers in a 'H' style, providing extra rigidity to the framework. As with the oak round stools, the legs are secured through the characterful seat with mortise and tenon joints which are firmly wedged for extra strength.
