The top is spalted beech which boasts beautiful colouration and pattern, making each piece entirely unique. The smooth, rounded edges, reminiscent of a pebble softened over time by water action are shaped entirely by hand. The subtly faceted legs are cleft from locally sourced ash before being painted with traditional black milk paint.
